各位研究生同学：

  2013年春季学期助管工作正式开始，本学期助管工作安排如下：

1、按照相关文件要求，从工作延续性角度出发，上个学期聘任的助管同学，如无意外情况，继续留任；

2、上学期聘任且本学期留任的助管同学，请直接填写附件1《助管登记表》，电子版发送至[email protected]，邮件主题请标注：助管+学号+姓名，截止时间：2012年3月1日17:00；

3、请被聘任为助管的同学在第2教学周开始到岗位负责教师处报到，并按岗位教师要求开展工作，及时撰写工作周志。

另注：关于班主任助理，已聘任同学请核对附件3中的名单，如有变化在截止日期前请向申报邮箱（[email protected]）发送邮件说明具体情况，并发送附件1《助管登记表》电子版。
