Position: Senior Electrical, Mechanical & Thermal Engineers on Electrical Machines

               电机、机械及热分析（流体）高级工程师
Location: Hangzhou杭州

TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company (TWMC东元西屋) is an innovative industry leader in the sale and manufacture of small and large electrical motors, generators, and variable frequency drives.
Hangzhou R&D center is part of TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company R&D center in US.
Responsibilities
? Lead and perform design, research and development activities on electrical machines, such as induction, synchronous, PM electrical machines, etc.
? Work closely with global R&D engineers on problem solving, R&D projects.
? Support on failure analysis activities and product improvement of TWMC manufacturers.
Requirements
? MS or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Thermal Engineering with strong academic and engineering background of generator/motor design, manufacturing and analysis
? In depth knowledge on the design, assembly and testing of generator or motor structure, frame, bearing, cooling, noise and vibration.
? 5+ years generator or motor design & manufacturing experience.
? Familiar with mainstream generator or motor design and certification codes, i.e. IEC, UL etc.
? Master commercial software applications on specific fields, such as ANSOFT, MAGNET, ANSYS, FLUENT, GAMBIT, CATIA, PROE, AUTOCAD, HELIX….
? Great team working spirit and good communication skill to interact with cross-functional and global teams.
? Fluent in English.
? Self-motivated and Proactive

? MS+ advanced degree in Engineering
? Experience in electrical machine design, development and manufacturing.
? Working experience in big companies
? Proven ability to work under pressure and challenging conditions.
? Willingness to travel
