1976 – 1979 R&D Scientist for Power Electronics (AEG-Research Center Berlin)
1979 – 1983 Research Assistant at University of Munich
Grade: Dr.-Ing.
1983 – 1984 Research Scholarship at Arizona State University Phoenix (USA)工作经历：
1984 – today Employee at Siemens Semiconductor Div. (today Infineon Technologies)
1988 – 1996 Head of Concept Engineering, Product Definition for Power Semiconductors, Power IC’s and Smart Power device; Head of Power Semiconductor and Smart Power IC’s development
1996 – today Senior Director, Senior Principal, Fellow for Power Semiconductors and system Engineering Industry ( from 2003 to 2006 located in Singapore, Since 2006 in Shanghai)
